A Member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers must carry Professional Indemnity Insurance (for your protection) and must comply with the high standards set by the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW Division and have the full backing of the Institute and its resources.You can instruct a Member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers to handle your property transaction knowing that it will be done by a professional and experienced Conveyancer who has a comprehensive knowledge of this field of law (Conveyancing) and as such is up to date with all changes to legislation and procedures that may effect your transaction.     

Australian Institute of Conveyancers specialise in property law and have specific training and skills in all areas relating to the sale and purchase of real estate and related transactions.

Justice of the Peace

The two main functions of a JP are to witness the signing of documents such as affidavits and statutory declarations and to certify copies of documents. Some of these documents may be required in court proceedings or to comply with your First Home Owner Grant or your lender's requirements. Other documents may be needed for people to access benefits or to meet their legal responsibilities.
