My name is Christine Jones and I am the licensee of Greenhills Conveyancing.
My decision to commence my own conveyancing practice was driven by my experience of the industry, which was gained during 24 years of working for various legal practices in conveyancing and other aspects of law.
I have a rural background and am active in the rural community which gives me an insight into buying and living in a rural area.
In 2012 the practice changed names to Greenhills Conveyancing to reflect the ever growing conveyancing team rather than an individual conveyancer. We have state of the art conveyancing software and access to the latest property law updates and consumer information.
Consisting of Christine Jones, a qualified Licensed Property Conveyancer and Justice of the Peace and Member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers.
Kylie Greenwood is also a licensed conveyancer and a Justice of the Peace. There are three conveyancing support staff who are also Justices of the Peace and a bookkeeper. We carry professional indemnity and fidelity insurance.
Our staff live locally and have a vast knowledge of the local area and surrounds, another advantage when buying in an area that you as a buyer may not be familiar with.
Our conveyancing team can assist you with buying, selling or transacting a property anywhere in New South Wales. We have past clients who live overseas or out of state and we have been able to co-ordinate the transaction on their behalf, without them having to return to Australia or NSW.
